What if I want to purchase bulk herbs?
Please go to www.springwind.com and log in. We only sell bulk herbs to licensed practitioners or qualified manufacturers. Please register an account with us in order to view our full list of quality bulk herbs.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax will only apply to residents of California. Tax will not be charged to addresses in other US states or on international orders. Please note that for international shipments custom's duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
How much will my shipping charges be?
During the order process, you will be given a list of different shipping methods from which you can pick the one that best suits you. Our standard flat-rate shipping is $5.99 for orders below $100. If your order is over $100 we will provide standard free shipping. Standard shipping is not provided for international shipping. Delivery for the standard shipping can be anywhere from 2 to 10 business days depending on where you are located. If you are located in California, delivery will be faster. The further you are away from our location, the slower the delivery. Expedited shipping methods are charged according to an estimated calculated rate that will be displayed. The total cost of goods and the cost of shipping as well as sales taxes, if applicable, will be clearly displayed before checkout is completed.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation via email once we receive your order. If your order is shipped by UPS ground please allow two to six business days (i.e., days excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) for delivery. What if I need to return my order?
We, at Spring Wind Herbs, are proud of our products and guarantee your satisfaction. You may return the unused portion of any item for refund or credit within 30 days of receiving it. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. Please include a brief note explaining why you are returning the item so that we can continue to improve our products and service. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If you have used a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If you mailed a check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. We suggest you use UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection when returning items.
