SHIPPING INFORMATION

How much will my shipping charges be?   

During the order process, you will be given a list of different shipping methods from which you can pick the one that best suits you. Our standard flat-rate shipping is $5.99 for orders below $100. If your order is over $100 we will provide standard free shipping. Delivery for the standard shipping can be anywhere from 2 to 10 business days depending on where you are located. If you are located in California, delivery will be faster. The further you are away from our location, the longer the delivery time. Expedited shipping methods are available and are charged according to an estimated calculated rate that will be displayed. The total cost of goods and the cost of shipping as well as sales taxes, if applicable, will be clearly displayed before checkout is completed.

 How do I track my order? 

You will receive an order confirmation via email once we receive your order. If your order is shipped by UPS ground please allow two to six business days (i.e., days excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) for delivery. Return Information

What if I need to return my order? 

We ,at Spring Wind Herbs, are proud of our products and guarantee your satisfaction. You may return any item for refund or credit within 30 days of receiving it. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. Please include a brief note explaining why you are returning the item so that we can continue to improve our products and service. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If you have used a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If you mailed a check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. We suggest you use UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection when returning items.
